He needs to teach his son, about going around the turkeys.
This has nothing to do with his son interacting with the turkeys, this is a requirement for raising commercial poultry. No outside contact with other fowl, period or as already stated they yank the who shebang away from them. Doesn't matter if you ever have any contact with the area the commercial birds are being housed.
