Avian Flu testing

I hope that I am posting this in a correct section. I am trying to find out how to get our chickens tested for Avian Flu in order to attend the Delmarva show in March. We live in Portage County, Ohio. If anyone can direct me in the correct direction it would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know about Ohio but in NJ I call the NJ USDA office. They send someone out to do a throat swab. The service here is free.
