If a hen lays an egg And the hen has avian flu would this be dangerous and would infect other species if you eat it
 
It's very unlikely that your hen has avian influenza.

As long as you cook the eggs properly, I doubt you'll catch it by eating the eggs.

BAkyARDchiks is in australia like me and it is safe to say we don't have avian flu here so it is unlikely for his chickens to have it.
