Avocados?

my friend lost an entire flock of ducks after feeding them a left over salad with avacado, i would not risk it ever

How big are your chickens? I don't have any nearly big enough to swallow an Avocado pit.
In my experience chickens can eat anything people eat. It's what happens to all our leftovers. Don't have leftover Avocados often though.
