Awesome site for readers!!

I always take mine in to the PO and have them check for lowest shipping instead of going by the label. Most of mine that don't fit nicely in the wrapper are wrapped in brown paper bag strips. If it's a really big book it gets an envelope.

I wrap mass market paperback sized books in the standard wrapper.

I use a sheet of 12x12 scrapbook paper for trade size paperbacks. I have scrapbook paper in abundance around here.

I've also used leftover wallpaper to wrap books.

Now that's an idea..... wallpaper..... hmmmmmmm I think I saw a bunch at the thrift store for 25 cents a roll

LOL i spent ALL day wrapping 9 books...UGH!
I was suprised that the price that they put on the wrapper actually matched the post offices price.

I haven't bought a book in a bookstore since I joined PBS 3 years ago

I bought 3 so far since joining but those are going in the personal collection that stays here so I wanted them nice and clean. Other than that 71 book in a year.... that saves a lot of money!!!!
