Awful looking cyst on cheek but doesn't seem to bother

My australorp/silkie mix has an awful looking growth on her cheek. She has had it for awhile but I notice today it has gotten ENORMOUS. She eats well and still lays about 3/4 eggs week. She certainly doesn't act like anything is bothering her at all. I'm attaching pics and hoping for some wisdom that this group always is so generous with sharing.

Wow, what a beautiful girl and what an awful cyst! Sorry I don't have ideas, but if you use the search function I bet you'd find some great advice - hopefully it feels like fluid, and not a growth? If the former, there might be good advice on here about trying to drain or lance it.
