I bought some hatching eggs and from 13 got a whopping 6 baby cemanis, they're around to getting 3 months old and I just noticed one of them has feathers on their legs. Not particularly feeling anything toward it, its just interesting to me that its the only one with those...genes? I wouldnt be sure whether it's a gene strain or a cross. Can someone give input?

All this stuff is genetics. Without a great deal of experience with the breed, I'm guessing an outcross.
Things like feathered legs, 5 toes and unusual things are less common to be a flaw than the result of a cross.
