Hi I'm new to this plant form but I've around 5 years experience of poultry
But I recently traded an old incubator worth around 50euros and a dozen white Phoenix eggs worth around 20euros for a pair of ayam cermani and an unsexed birds (Male)
I've looked over birds before but I've never really looked at them to see if there to "standard" or whatever (as I just got them for the experience) but now I wont to show them at a few upcoming shows in a few months
So my problem is all the research tell me that they should be soild black with a green shine at times and a few bits about there posture but my birds meet to most of this except the rooster that I bought that I knew was a rooster hus mouth and throat is white with black patches and his comb is black with a slight hint of red if u look close at it
Will this affect there chance at shows?
Thanx all for any info u can shre with me and I hope to learn more about these birds there's just not a hole lot about showing these birds on Google and wikipedia in my opinion just not the best source of information
I will upload pics of my birds in the morning if need b and I'm also looking to see if there is any other Irish poultry owners on this plant form
(I know I put this in the wrong place)
