I'm planning to build up my Le Fleches for a larger meat bird and have decided to mix Cornish with them to pull this off. My question is what is all your opinions on the Standard Cornish from Ideal? I'm wanting large breast. The rest, I don't care too much about. I plan to be breeding the Le Fleche back in so that mine are 1/4 Cornish and 3/4 Le Fleche.
