That's wonderful! Apparently there was an uproar when I first got them (no one has chickens in my village, but they are legal and encouraged!) but now everyone loves them

I live between an old folks home and a daycare, so there is always someone watching out the window at them

Talked to most of my neighbours within hearing distance of my house (for the crowing rooster), and everyone is fine with it. A few even love the sound!

I feel so lucky! Roosters are not outlawed here either. I spent 2 hours reading the darn bilaws!

oh that's adorable! Kids love chickens. Whenever my little cousins come over they always wanna see the chickens!!!! And everyone loves the way my silkie looks! Older people enjoy them too.
I love the sound of my rooster's crow! We have 3 roosters but we are in the country so it doesn't really matter but we do have neighbors, one of them has 2 roosters that crow all the time. And no one has complained about them crowing!

???? is he your chicken? I have a chicken that whenever anyone in our county see's me they say hey there's the girl with the famous chicken it's funny......my chicken is going to get her picture taken with Santa Claus Saturday at our Southern States

And no one understands why i love my chickens soo much, I'll be talking about them and people are like O.K and all it's funny and my mom thinks i'm a freak when i think my chicken can understand me

but i think she can!

derp is DErpella its NAmbroth chicken there is a story on here its great to read really well wrote out , since finding it ive been glued to reading it and find it very entertaining as i can see a little derp in all my chickens ( and sometimes the dog)

i wish i could take my chickens to see santa i dont think anyone woldunderstand though and probably notevenlet me inthe grotto

my chickens are not so entertaining to wright about but i love them all !!!

I think I (uhhh... I mean my girls) have fallen in love with Jasper, Bird and Stan the Man. They are such handsome and photogenic roos.

I've also got a thing for little Pumpkin. She's adorable....
