BABIES are hatching!- UPDATED W/ PICS

I'm on Day 20 for my Silkie's and they starting pipping late last night and early this morning. I left for about 1 hour this afternoon and when I came back one had hatched!

I've got 4 others pipping! My kids and I are so excited. This is our first time hatching!!

YAY!!! It's so exciting isn't it? I have babies hatching from a broody myself and I'm just so thrilled!!!

I'm up to 4 babies now. The kids actually got to see the 2nd one break out of the shell and the other 2 hatched while we were up at the store. I see one more pipping and I don't see anything going on with the last 3 eggs but they all had movement when I candled them at day 18.

These were shipped eggs that I bought off of Ebay. I received a total of 16 eggs and ended up with 8 good eggs at day 18.

It is a lot better than I was expecting since this was my first time. I was just hoping at least one would hatch! LOL

I've been trying to take some pictures of them but they are on the sides of the bator huddled up together and I can't get a clear view of them with the camera.
