Ok, this is my second group of babies. I only have 3. All are within 2-3 weeks old. 2 are Serama chicks and one is a polish. They were fine for 2 days then I noticed within 1 hour the smallest of the 3 started brutally pecking the Polish till she was all bald and bleeding on her neck. I quickly removed her. Then I noticed that the same one started ripping out her sisters feathers almost immediately. I have never experienced this with my other babies who where 3 in the same brooder setup back when they were babies. So size of the brooder is not the issue from what i can tell. I went and got a red bulb and tried to place then all back in and with in 15 mins it started again. I don't want to get rid of them but none of them can be together. They are competently freaking out because they are not together.. This has been an horrible experience this weekend and I don't know what to do. Do I just keep them separated and try to bring them all together once they are older or keep trying to put them together or just find them new homes??

not the one the one I have. They are together for the moment. I put yogurt in there, they do no like it. They are all grooming one another and looking all happy and cute right now. Maybe i will just take them apart when i am not around. I was also going to go buy them some sod to place in the brooder to give them something to do. i now Serama chicks tends to be energetic little ones.

AND as quickly as they were all cute together the little one started ripping the other one around the coop.. Apart they go again
