Babies first day out!

We've had really warm weather so I took my almost 3 weekers out for a bit the past few days. They seemed very confused when I put them on the ground, just stood there looking at eachother.

Finally, they started pecking around, exploring and FLYING! They loved flying and it was so funny because it *seemed* like every time one would fly, when it was done it would stand and stare at me until I gave him/her some props! "Good flying baby!"

Porcelain d'uccle bantams...5 survivors out of 8. 3 died the first week.

Way too cute. I am taking my raggedy band of 3 week old homely silkies out tomorrow. And I say that because both houses to the sides of us are vacant and no one will see them.
