babies hatching, need help ASAP

My hen had been killing my chicks once they start to hatch so I'm going to take this chick that is trying to hatch out now, and put it in a seperate home. What temperature should this area be for the chick?

100 degrees for the first week and 5 degrees less each week after that until 70 degrees is reached
