If you have local classifieds, you can post an ad offering free egg hatching service! I renew my ad locally every month or 2 and have hatched for about 6 different folks before and with repeat "business". You can also offer quail hatching. It's the same as chickens except the number of days of incubation. That way maybe you can get your hatching fix without being stuck with lots of babies to re-home.
