Hello i bought 12 chicks i noticed 1 of them keeps sneezing i dont use a heat lamp its 90 degress outside and i keep them outside so far no chilled chicks would they catch disease if they get chilled their growing fast 3 weeks old im gonna build a higher bigger brooder since their putting on side ohh and the 1 chick that is sneezing she lost a toe due to injury but fully healed the brooders are in the pictures 6 in each 1 for now

Hard to tell the size of those brooders but they're probably crowded in there. Sneezing isn't that unusual but it could be from dust maybe? I can't see inside so not sure what you're using for bedding.

If it's around 90 degrees and they're 3 weeks old they're fine, maybe even a bit hot during the day.
 
Why are you not using a heat lamp? Is it 90 at night also? What type of food and bedding are you using?
Theres no need for a heat lamp it goes down to 80 degress at night no drafts im assuming its warmer in the brooder also they use body heat i never lost a chick to cold
