Baby born with big soft stomach

I had a chick born with a really huge stomach, but it was really soft. He didn't make it after 2 days and still had a huge stomach, when we found him in the morning, it looked like his stomach exploded. Incase this happens again does anyone know what it is and how we can help them?

I'm sorry that happened, poor thing. Maybe a yolk sack infection, there's typically not anything you cam do besides put them down.
