Baby brahma missing all of its back feathers. PLEASE HELP !!!!!

I let my chix out and 1 of the baby brahmas was missing all of its back feathers. and it was bleeding. its back was completely bald but all of the other chix were OK . PLEASE HELP !!!!
 
I think you're going to need to provide a few more details, MuddyChicken. How old? Where and with whom did you let it out? How Old were the others, if any? Did a rosster get at it? etc. etc. etc. Without details, everyone is just guessing. If it got attacked by an older hen, you'll probably just have to treat the wound with some neosporin and make sure to keep it separated from bigger hens, but make sure there's nothing more serious. The most docile chickens usually get the brunt of the bullying but the feathers will grow back
