baby chic cant stand

I have a silkie x standard chic that hatched yesterday the problem I am having is it just lays on its stomach with one leg under it and the other leg sticks strait back behind it and it will not move it to the right spot under it so it can stand please tell me there is something I can do to help the poor thing

it could be a sliped tendon, do you have electrolytes in the water? You could try the spraddle leg treatment. Good Luck!

give the chick Poly-vi-sol liquid baby vitamins..2 drops on beak once a day for a week, then 1 drop for another week.
make sure it is eating..if it can't eat..you will have to hand feed.
along with moistened chick feed..give some scrambled egg.
