I noticed the first chick is out of its shell, but something didnt seem right. It looked to have a wound already. I figured mom would take care of it. I checked again and no love had been given to this breathing chick.... but I left it alone. I heard some noise and checked again, the hen was attacking this poor baby. Now more skin had been torn, and like a mother myself and grabbed it and now it sits in a box with heat on it in my bathroom. When i check on it, it tries to stand, and cherps.... Im trying to regulate the temp so it is at 91.... right? What suggestions i need guidance.

I had 2 Cochin Bantams like this. I sold them. They loved to sit on eggs and make babies hatch, but then they would try and succeeded to kill them. So it sounds like you should take the chicks away when they hatch and take care of them yourself.
