I’m unsure of how my baby chick got hurt but the mamma was getting stressed and we believe she accidentally hurt her baby when she flew out her cage. Is there anything we can do to stop the bleeding? The baby has began picking at it tasing the blood. Her wing also looks limp.

Flush with saline and apply pressure to stop the bleeding.

Once it's stopped bleeding, get some more photos. You'll want to apply some triple antibiotic ointment to the wound.

You mention she was with Mama hen in a cage(?) How many chicks with Mama in how large of a space? What's the setup like?

The mamma is a bantam (about the size of an iPhone pro) and there are 4 chicks the space was about 2x4 ft and it has wire wrapped around the all 4 sides however the top is left open so we can fill up their food.

Would this work?

If that's what you have on hand, you can use that. Ideally you want "plain" triple antibiotic ointment without pain relief, but you should be able to use this today/tonight until you can get something else.
Okay thank you! Should I try to push the bone back in or just apply the antibiotic on and wrap her up in gauze? (Edit: we have realized that her wing has snapped in half)

Can you get photos?

Where is the break, at the shoulder? It's hard to tell.
I’m unsure of what area of the wing is broken, it looks like the joint that closes her wing if that makes sense. Also her injured wing has began to swell and it’s hot to the touch.

Is vet care an option?

A broken bone can become infected quickly, she likely needs an antibiotic. Amoxicillin, Clindamycin or one of the Cephalosporins would be good choices.
As of now we are trying to raise funds to get her to a vet but I don’t think we’ll be able to :(
