Baby chick can't lift his head

It's been about 8 hours and his still has his little head up. I'm so releaved looks like his going to be OK. Now I'm just wondering should I stop with the eletrolye and vitamin E or keep doing it for a least a day or so?

I think a day should be good. It probably just needed a jump start.

Hello i wanted to follow up and see if the chicks got better. A ducked hatched 8 duckling and let one behind. The duckling can't stand and can't hold his neck up. I made warm place for him and gave him water and sugar water that was suggested by BrattishTaz. not sure what else i can do. I believe they hatched yesterday. how often i need to give him water and what kind of food and how to feed him. Thanks

I have a baby chick that just hatched and he keeps holding his head to the ground, he's not standing just keeps falling over... he's not has noisy as the other 4 chicks. What can I do for I

Hi am new at this but I don't know why my newborn chick hasn't lifted his head yet he tries to move his body but his head won't even move and I don't know what happening and his eye won't open so am scared whats gonna happened and I need advice to cure him so please help me ???

I forgot to mention that I had to help him hatch because 3 days had pass and he hasn't hatch so maybe that's it I don't know but please help me I don't want to lose him????

Okay update he's moving his head now he is okay I gave him water and sugar and it helped him took 4 hours he's okay
