baby chick cant stand up her legs are too short spraddle legs??

my nephew had unpluged the bator on the 1st day i had them in there and the 2nd day for some i had two days worth of eggs in it and i had 13 hatch out healthy but i know one is going to die she was in the egg for too long and the other one i noticed that when she walked she was hobbling and now shes not walking at all and when i looked at her legs i started to think oh god shes got spraddle legs i found something that said to put a band aid on her legs to keep them together and help build strength
