Chirping
Hi guys! We have a bit of a concern with one of our baby chicks. Here’s the backstory: We’ve had chickens for 7 years but this is the first time we’ve hatched chicks from home. We have 4 and all of them hatched great and there were no issues. However, the youngest, who is only 2 days apart from our 2nd youngest, has a slanted like posture. Her butt looks a bit too much droopy. We can’t exactly explain so please look at the photos: (The youngest is the one on the right (the one with the slanted posture) & our 2nd youngest is on the left)
She seems like she’s healthy. She eats, drinks, and interacts with the other chicks. And she doesn’t mind being touched or picked up. We would just like to know if she’s alright (all the chicks are related. The mom is a golden laced Wyandotte and the father is a white Silkie. Both parents are healthy. I hope this extra information might help a little bit)
