Baby chick drinking funny

I recently hatched out 13 chicks and tonight I noticed that one is drinking water, streching it's neck out and acting like its having trouble swallowing. I Ed that there is a pool of water forming under its skin above it's wing joint. I thought that it was an abcess at first but upon pressing on it, I realized that it was the water that the chick was drinking, is this normal? Is this a lost cause. It's only a day old. Thank you for any advice

I had some chicks do this. There was nothing wrong with mine and eventually they stopped doing it on their own...but I've got a few questions.

Do they otherwise seem healthy? How about the little chicks crop? Is it full? Firm or squishy? If the chick is eating and having no issues swallowing the feed I would think it wouldn't have much of an issue drinking. I would watch em closely, it could just be that they are very young and inexperienced.
