Baby chick dying

I have an almost 2 week old chick that is super weak and lethargic. We have been giving her Save a chick probiotics and electrolytes and grinding her food up for about 4 days or so. She eats a little and drinks a little but hasn't made any improvements. Please help!

Yes I have! Plus hard boiled and raw yolks.

Looks like you have red shining in there... Is that a heat lamp?

Do you have a thermometer?

I have 35 total and she is the only sick one. Also yes I have a heat lamp for her

She seemed healthy when we got her. It's been going on for about 5 days or so now. Yes she is pooping with no pasty butt. Thank you for taking the time to even ask lol

No I have a thermometer in there and just got her some multivitamins to try and help
