Baby Chick Eyes are closed

I hatched a baby chick about three days ago. The chick is a black austalorp and was the last chick to hatch. I’ve dabbed warm water on his eyes and tried to gently open them. Sometimes the chick will open them but most of the time it has them closed. He just stand there staring at the wall. I’ve been feeding and watering him because the chick hasn’t eaten or drank anything from my knowledge. What is the best next step??

No the chick will just keep his eyes closed. Once I had them open he moved around acting like he knew where he was going

Yes I’ve been giving him electrolytes
