I read splay neck can be caused by a vitamin deficiency. I think it’s vitamin E. The chick is up and walking around. She’s just been seeing getting a drink of water.

i felt her and did not feel air bubbles. she is much smaller then the other chicks. teh orange stuff on the bottom of her chin is egg yoke. i have wiped it off with warm paper towl and then dryed her off.

late this morning i found her on her back head a weard posishon. barly breathing. and barly gaping. there is nothing i can tgink to do for her i am watching her. to make shure the other chicks do not peck at her. she is under teh heating plate near. still alive. what should i do

You mention you feel she has Wry Neck, this is a neurological symptom. I don't see Wry Neck in the video, but it's possible she has developed the symptom since that was posted.

Vitamin E is the main treatment for Wry Neck. B1(Thiamine) is complimentary and can also help with the uptake of E along with food like egg.

I would go to Walmart, CVS, etc. and get a bottle of Vitamin E and B-Complex.
You want to give 400IU Vitamin E and 1/4tablet B-Complex daily. Give her bits of egg or the egg you've been giving too, this can help with the uptake of E.

For a little chick, I'd get a very small amount of warm water, dissolve the B-Complex in the water and also add the oil from the Vitamin E cap. Mix the best you can, then give her drops of the mixture throughout the day.

You said she went to drink on her own, that's hopeful. I don't want to give false hope either, but sometimes that's all you can do. Keep working with her and see how it goes. She may be failing and no matter what you try she doesn't make it, but you'll also know you didn't give up on her either. These little ones can sure get your heart.
