I need help.... I just bought some chicks from a hatchery. All ok but one... It has air build up on its whole right side it cant walk or anything unless I relieve the preasure using a small shot needle what is happening can it be saved..... PLEASE HELP

Keep draining the air with the needle. It can take up to a week or two for the issue to subside. Sounds like a busted air sac (they use these to breathe like we use lungs). It can heal and be fine, but sometimes they don't make it. I hope she pulls through for you. Best wishes.

I just got my chicks from the hatchery on Tuesday and one of my little campines was so swollen, it's little belly was round and when you rubbed it, it sounded like you was rubbing a balloon, making the same kind of noice. I came onto BYC to research a bit, and discovered what you already know about the air build up/air sac, etc. I massaged the little chick until the air literally moved around to it's little neck and back and I gently popped the air bubble with a sterile needle. The air drained out and the chick immediately looked normal again. I had to repeat the process once the next day. So far, so good....
