Baby chick has a red sack hanging from underneath it… Is it OK?

Our newest baby chick has a red and yellow sack hanging from underneath it and is it dragging it along as it slowly moves. The chick is also still very wet and it has been approximately 2 hours since it hatched. Is there anything we can do to help it or is this a bad thing?

I would leave this chick in the incubator for probably another 4-6 hours or more.

That's more than likely going to be absorbed by the chick and what doesn't will dry and fall off.

What are those two orange or yellow balls next to it though, just out of curiosity.
