Baby chick has flap of skin on his bottom?

Hi does anyone know what this could be? This chick seems to be healthy but I don't see her eating or drinking like the rest of the gang...I just got nine baby chicks today from Rural King. The bin said she was in said brown pullet she is very cute and seems active but I have seen her sort of squat like she is going to the bathroom but nothing comes out....I also haven't seen her drink water or eat very much but she is pecking around....and eyes are clear...vent is clear.....maybe its nothing..? I didn't see it when we picked her out....Any thoughts are appreciated!

I am afraid there is not much you can do.
If you pull on it it will pull the inside out.

One of my chicks had something that looked like this and it turned out to be the umbilical cord. It eventually falls off if that’s what it is.

Yes maybe it will heal on its on...when he put the chick in my box I didn't see it because at the time his hand was covering it up.....live and learn....
