I have just come home to find one of the eggs my mama hen has been sitting on looks like it has started to zipper. I brought it inside to be in my makeshift incubator (waiting on my Janoel 24 to arrive) and upon closer inspection I think it has been pecked open by the mom as it doesn’t look quite right and there is blood under the membrane
I’m so lost and don’t know what to do to help this little one
The little one inside is chirping

I would be very careful... How many days in is the egg? If that little chick is fighting, I'd give him an hour and close supervision, but you don't want it to dry out and you really don't want break the membrane, just take from the shell so that you don't injure the chick, the chick should be able to break the membrane.

Is it actively bleeding or is that dried? I've had them pip through a blood vessel before.
If it's not still bleeding, I would just pull off the smaller side of the shell and membrane that has been zipped and let the chick push out on its own.

Also, I wanted to add that if the chick was cheeping distressed from not being able to get out of the egg, then momma hen probably inflicted that bloody area thinking she was helping it.
