Where are the bubbles coming from? It sounds like your Mom was trying to feed it liquid & it went the wrong way. Is the chick still alive?
Keep it warm & if you don't have chick starter, use boiled egg yolk & wet it with some water to make a mash. Touch it's beak to it and see if it will peck at it.
The Neosporin make very sure it does NOT have the pain relief.

If you haven't know already, I found a lost baby chick and then my mom put it with a hen that has baby chicks too .I checked on it today as soon as I could after I got home from school and the baby chick is hurt. Its head and right wing is in bad shape and I dont won't anything else to happen to it. I'm pretty sure they were pecking the poor little baby chick and I just want to take car of it
