Baby chick is open mouth breathing

I noticed last night that the smallest baby chick I have has started open mouth breathing. She takes about three breathes and then shakes her head and makes a chirp noise. It's not a temperature thing as she is outside the brooder and doing it too. She seems to be doing it more today. Please help!
