Baby chick is sick

I have a baby constipated. I am a beginning farmer in Georgia. I raise chickens for eggs only and grow all types of vegetable and fruit trees. I used the suggestions in this thread and gave my chick some water and a little olive oil. I hope she make it. She was the runt of the bunch.
