Baby Chick Lethargic Please Help!

I brought home 5, 1-3 day old baby chicks a few days ago. I've already lost 2, and one is extremely lethargic and won't eat.
The two that died were fine, healthy and growing and then just died overnight. What could this be from, and what should I do now?
I don't want to lose any more!!! So sad... Two of them are still doing fine and acting normal and eating. The one that is acting lethargic now, has actually been quite "sleepy" from the start. I just thought it was sleeping a lot cuz baby chicks sleep a lot!
