Chick Lethargic, Clicking When Breathing, Won’t Lay Down

I have some chicks that I hatched that are maybe 3 days old, and one of them today suddenly started acting lethargic and I noticed it has a slight click when it breathes. The weird part is, it won’t lay down. It just stands and its head slowly falls with sleep unless it tries to prop it up somewhere, like against the water dish that I had to raise so it didn’t drown. Anybody seen anything like this before?

Edit: I also just noticed that it had clear bubbly poop. But shouldn’t it already have darker poop if it’s been eating?

How is your chick doing?

For a weak chick, I'd give her 1-2drops of poultry nutri-drench twice a day, see if she will perk up.

Do you have a brooder plate for warmth? Will she lounge near heat or she's standing all the time?
