Baby chick mom

Hello, thank you for accepting into this group. We just started raising baby chicks. We had one that we think had spraddle leg and didn't notice it at first. We removed her from the other nine chicks. We tried many things that we read on your site to help her however we think it's broken. We splinted it for a couple of days and I felt as though we causing her more stress and pain. I made the decision to remove it. She is I the house with us under a heat lamp. I take her outside to try to walk around. She puts weight on it but when she tries to walk it's like it hangs in the air as she struggles to get it down. She is also very small. The other chicks that born the same day as her are three times her size. I feel so sorry for her and she has become my baby. I am hoping someone can help me and give me some ideas and advise on how to better take care of her.
