Baby chick needs help!

I have a 3 day old naked neck that has developed a something that looks like a yellow boil on its right shoulder. I just noticed it htis morning and we have been checking them every day, it seems to be growing rather quickly. The chick does not act sickly. I am afraid I don't have a camera that will take very good close ups but I am trying to attach a couple of pictures. Does anyone have any ideas and what I can do about it?

its the crop-I did the same thing a few weeks ago with my first NN

IF it's acting normal, then it's fine. Just make sure he gets plenty of water.

ETA: mines crop came up around the shoulder, but now its a little older and has settled below the shoulder more.
