Baby chick not moving

I woke up this morning and checked my chicks, one of them wasn't moving at all i thought it was dead at first but then it started opening its peaks and closing them so its still alive eyes closed and only moves if its flipped
It's a bit wet cause my hand were wet when i held it
And there's no vets close to me (closest one is like 4 hours)

Edit: i have 5 chicks and they're 1 week old

How warm ? It's 27 degrees right now

Is your chick responsive? Is it under a heat source? Are you able to give it electrolytes or Nutri-drench?

Should be at 90F degree.

Its moving it legs and head a bit but its not eating or drinking and i just noticed a clicking sound from inside it

Chick is warmed but still eyes closed peaks opening and closing and not walking and not chirping

Clicking sound is still there and I've noticed something inflated under its neck (might be the crop but here's a picture anyways)

Oh i forgot to say the chick was sleeping all day yesterday and im pretty sure it's the same one all the other chicks would be eating but this one would stand in a corner eyes closed until something disturb it then it would move somewhere else and sleep again

Came back to check on it and found it dead with something coming out of is mouth
