Baby chick not moving

Two days ago we got 7 baby chicks from a friend, most of them are healthy but one isn't eating or drinking. It stands still all hunched over with its head down, it barely moves and is constantly shaking its head. It seems to be just sleeping, but it never stops.

The feed is the dumor chick starter. When I pick it up it’s whole body sorta vibrates/pulses.

It could be that somethings not formed right as long as the others are acting fine.
