So my babies are like 8 weeks old and my 20week olds try to peck they're heads what can I do??

Can you separate them with some chicken wire? That way they are still together and will know each other, but the babies won't get picked on. It will give them time to grow to the same size as the others.

I had to separate out my polish from the rest of the girls as they were getting their mops pulled out. Ouch!

They are separated but one escaped I didn't close their area the while way. But is this normal behavior?

Yes it is normal for the bigger ones to pick at the little ones. Just let them see each other until the little ones catch up in size.

White Leghorns
White Rocks
White cochin - feathered feet?

I am sure it will be a gorgeous chicken of some kind!
