my last batch I got one chick Blue andelusian/blue splash maran, I put him with 3, 3 week old chicks who are nice but it is like keeping one 2 year old with 3 ten year olds- I have a friend who may give me BCM, isbar, or legbar chicks so he can be with younger chicks on thursday. then 4 eggs due to hatch on Sun.Hold on little guy!

My babies are one week old today <3 Sadly, I started with fourteen (one died in transit that would have been 15), and then all but six have died It has been a horrible winter where I am and I think the shipping was just too much. The remaining girls are so hardy and very very sweet!
