I'm making my girls these shakers things. You take an empty water bottle and poke holes in it then fill with meal worms or scratch water ever your chickens prefer I can't wait to see them kick it around I hope they like it!

Yay! I'm getting my chickens gifts too, they are family!

Chickens love mealworms, and I have a cake recipe they LOVE. I also want to get them toys and puzzle/treat/toy kinda things and also, I'm building them a new coop!

Yeah, it's just a random amount of flour, water, and sugar. Probably a few cups of bird seed, a cup of oats, and you got a chicken cake! I also like cutting up fruit scraps and just putting them on top, then you can dice the cake and put it in a basket! I'm probably just going to use a simple egg carton, but maybe a real basket, though I don't really have any baskets

My parakeets are getting stuff too, though I don't mention anything around them

But make sure to bake it at 350 degrees for about 13-25 minutes! It depends on how much batter you make
