Don't know, but I suspect a fair number of those sold have some type of imperfection to them. The ones that don't would obviously bring top dollar. I've seen pairs go for $800, and I would bet some go for more.

Doesn't surprise me. Though if I can breed and sell these babies, I'll be a happy chicken mama :3 I'd be curious to see what mixed chicks would look like too

My babies are now 8 weeks old. They grew fast and have done great with my ducks and dogs. Total cuties and I can't wait for eggs!

these little ones just hatched out no idea what color/pattern 2(or 3) of these are. the rest are shojo and black. from 2 separate flocks a shojo flock of ohiki and a black flock of ohiki.
