My chicks arrived on Thursday 11/5/15, and I'm thrilled! Ideal got them to me with a 100% live arrival. I've got a mix of silkies, easter eggers, and buff orps.



The EE's have a great range of colors. I can hardly wait to see how they feather out. There's a very dark one with a really striking deep brown face right now. I get the vibe he/she wasn't super impressed with having a photo taken.



And of course the silkies are adorable no matter what, but I feel like this one is just waiting to be one of those motivational posters.

I swear they look like they just deflated on the spot when they fall asleep. Seeing a whole pile of twenty something birds passed out makes me laugh every time. My husband thinks I'm nuts...
