Baby Chick Pictures!!!!! POST!

My last hatched chicks had this roo on the moms. I just processed him for the freezer.(I liked him but do not want black I want blue chickens.) Next up...
Is my blue frizzle barred rooster...with gray egg gene.

Below is his brother. They are friendly with each other... I will keep them together until the blue is no longer shy around the ladies...

Once the blue frizzle has himself together and is doing his duty, I will remove the brother.

below are some I am thinking about for the future... a blue splash frizzle,

and a blue smooth with frizzle gene. the buff frizzle is female.

I want to see what these will look like as adults. every one has gray egg gene.

Just curious how y'all get such cute pics of your babies! Mine don't stay still long enough!

The only way I can get clear pictures is to take a hundred and delete the 99 fuzzy ones lol
You should try taking a picture of a baby quail, much smaller than chicken chicks and move 10 times faster

Except when they are sleeping

, that is the best time to take pics

This is my 3rd Silkie that hatched this morning, beautiful color but is having trouble standing up. Legs go up and is "standing" on his joints of the legs. Can anything be done to help him? Too darn cute to loose him.
