Baby Chick Pictures!!!!! POST!

Help me guess which chick's came from which hens? My roo is a black copper maran, and is on all the girls often, he is 1yr old the girls are 3yr old cougars! Lol,,,, I have 8 barred plymouth rocks, 4 black australorps, and 3 buff orpingtons (1 buff is sitting on 6 eggs) the chick's are now 4 weeks old, the roos are getting large combs fast and have barring seeing in so those are easy, a few are mostly black and 2 have some golden (almost laced or Wyandotte gold looking), could those be from the australorps? Getting the goldish coloring from the black copper Maran roo?or just from the buffs? We had 2 brown/light tan chocks site right after hatching so thought those were from the buffs, not so sure now. Sorry description is so long! I'll post pics in next post. ...thanks for the guesses and help!

opps, sorry, i thought you were talking about my pics. ..just realized there was the quoted from poppy on your post....If you tap on the top or bottom pic it should open up in a large screen. These were hatched via incubator. The current broody hen is due to hatch hers on 6/1/16...are the pics showing up at all or just a link?

I cant see your picture and would love to see it so can you repost? I wanted to ask, is it with a mama hen or from an incubator hatch?

I am having trouble attaching pics for some reason.

I hatched her in an incubator with my class. I got the eggs from My Pet Chicken. Unfortunately she's the only one who hatched. I'm praying that she's a pullet. Definitely has a lot of personality. She is a pretty vocal chick and cries if I leave the room. I got her a partner but she still cries if no people are around.

Oh cute and a frizzle too? Love them so much.

Vocal as young age plus personality??? Roo in my experience. Let us know as it will be good to know a way to tell at a younger age than other methods.
It does have a good amount of frizzle feathers for one week and raised indoors where it is warm. This lends itself to being female. Id love to know the outcome in a few months when he crows or she lays an egg.
