not that i know anything which is ehy im asking, but wouldnt it be better to move it tomorrow when its on its feet and walking?
our newest silkie hatchling. waiting to see if the surviving egg #2 will ever hatch and will be moving her to the brooder this afternoon with a single red sex linked baby that's a couple weeks older.
in my case, the humidity in the incubator is too high for her to fully dry off. Living in texas, on the coast, we average 50-80% humidity. My humidity was 60-70% pre-hatch, and 90% after hatch. She couldn't dry off. I had to take her out and get her under the brooder light to fluff up with a stuffed animal.not that i know anything which is ehy im asking, but wouldnt it be better to move it tomorrow when its on its feet and walking?
