Baby Chick Pictures!!!!! POST!

I can't figure out how to post pictures. I'm on a Mac and new to it and it is different than my old PC. But, here is a link to my FB album:

I didn't get any pics, but earlier today I found my daughters laying in the floor with chicks on their bellies pecking at little piles of ground oats. rofl

The chicks love my kids. They come running to the door end of the brooder when the kids go see them and they are all happy to be held and climb all over the kids.

Here is a better picture of some of the chicks in the brooder. I captioned them and hope I got all the names right.

A friend on facebook saw this picture and was concerned that they were huddled together because they are too cold but I assured her that they have a brooder lamp and they were huddled in the corner because I was trying to snag one to hold.

Those little leghorns look innocent but they are feisty little ladies! They are always up to something and the little Wyandottes follow them around and do whatever they do like eating drinking or darting across the brooder. Hilarious.
The RIR's always look dead when they sleep because they just flop forward with no grace or poise. You're just sure they've died until they wake up, stand up, and go grab a bite to eat. Silly chickens!

Chicken pile! These are my first 6 chicks! Practice round for the 25 I have coming next month! There are 2 Norwegian Jaerhon, 1 each of BC Maran, Araucana, Mille Fleur, and Ancona!

So got our first chicks yesterday, we got one black sex link, one gold sex link , and 2 silver laced wyandottes, this is our first forte into chickens so we will have to see how it goes. Here are some pictures of our small flock and the brooder my husband and I made.

Here are our 4 littlest members of our family.

This one is a little blurry
